Mes Yeux Vigilants News

Ch
Chaumette Mes Yeux Vigilants receives Group 4 at the Moberly Missouri Kennel
Club show June 8, 2008. Chaumette is the youngest Beauceron to receive a group
placement.
Two
litters planned for the spring of 2009. Dams and sires have not yet been
determined.
An
"A" match is planned for September 20, 2008 at Purina Farms in Grey
Summit, Missouri. The match will help the national club get permission to hold
National Specialties sanctioned by the American Kennel Club. It will be in
conjunction with a couple of all breed shows so there will be points available
that weekend. We hope all American Beauceron Club members will participate and
help support the club. Purina Farms is owned by Purina Dog Food and has
cooperated with many local and national clubs to host events on their property.
They also have an interesting exhibit of the dog food making process.
The
Journee' du Beauceron for 2008 is cancelled due to expenses and the National
economy.
Gasoline prices are a major contributor to the problems with this years
Journee'. We are expecting the 2009 Journee' to go as planned and Mes Yeux
Vigilants will be participating.
Beaucerons will join the Briard club in Kentucky
this September at their Rassamblement.
